Easiest fix for this is to change the location you are ordering from, then change location back to where you want to pick up your food--This should refresh your cart and recognize the correct time of day for the active menu.
If that doesn't work, change menu to different time of day (there is Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner). See if you can add an item to your order. If you can, add the item then see if there is any residual items from a previous incomplete order, remove everything in your order, then change store location, then change store location back to where you want to pick up your food.
