You attempt to set an AppPassword for your newely created GMAIL account but get this screen:
The setting you are looking for is not available for your account. GO TO YOUR GOOGLE ACCOUNT
If you're trying to setup an
AppPassword for your GMAIL account, you must first enable 2-Step verification under
Security & sign-in -> How you sign in to Google -> Turn on 2-Step Verification
After enabling 2-Step verification in your Google GMAIL account, access the Google AppPasswords link for your GMAIL account:
