If you attempt to import an RSA token using the RSA app on your mobile device, you may receive an error:

1. Ensure you are attempting the RSA Token import using the
correct RSA App for your issued token. Currently, there are two RSA Authenticator apps in the Apple App Store:
RSA SecurID Authenticate
