An error occurred while attempting to create a YouTube account, please try again later.
After attempting to create/merge your YouTube account into a brand account, you cannot browse youtube.com and keeps redirecting to
https://www.youtube.com/oops/
Wait 5-10 minutes and it should resolve and you will be able to browse YouTube.com again..
