Chicago Athletic Clubs - Reopening and Your Membership

CAC reopens Monday, July 27th at 12pm and we look forward to welcoming our members back to the Clubs. *Wicker Park Athletic Club's reopening will be delayed as we continue to bring back our many staff members. An updated WPAC reopen date will be coming soon and members will have all access to all clubs through 09/30/2020.

We are going above and beyond all requirements as we prepare to operate in our new world. The health and safety of our members and staff are paramount and we will do everything we can to protect everyone. By the same token, we are asking each of you, as members, to exercise prudence and care while inside the Clubs. Our mantra is safety for all.

All members and guests who enter the club must agree to the following:
Your temperature will be taken with a touch-less thermometer.
By entering the Clubs, you agree that you are not sick.
Masks will be worn by all staff and members, all the time, at all Clubs. NO EXCEPTIONS. Gators and bandannas are not 2-ply, 2-layer and therefore DO NOT qualify as masks. The only time you don’t have to wear a mask is when you are in the pool or shower, but masks will be required on the pool deck and in the locker rooms.
Practice social distancing. Social distancing is in full force with equipment marked off, lockers marked off, and floor signage clearly marked. Members will be asked to pay attention to directional signage when entering and leaving buildings, using elevators, and going up and down staircases.
Wipe down equipment after use, each and every time.
Complimentary guest passes are not available for redemption until further notice.

New Group Fitness Schedule
All CAC group fitness classes keep equipment sanitization and social distancing in mind. ALL classes require reservations and class bookings are made on CAC’s new app up to 24 hours in advance. Please find updated schedules HERE and on the new CAC Mobile App.

Reopening Billing
Memberships currently on freeze will continue to be on freeze for requested dates.

CAC will resume collecting dues on Tuesday, July 28. While your regular billing date will remain the same, there may be a slight delay in posting.
We’re happy to share that all members will receive a credit on their first payment for any previously paid days that fell within the closure, which began on March 17.

If your billing date is not the 28th of each month, your first payment will reflect the following: a credit for any paid days that fell within the closure, as well as prorated dues for membership between July 28 and your regular billing date.

COVID-19 Membership Freeze
Should you wish to freeze your membership, a complimentary COVID-19 membership freeze for up to 2 months is available. You can arrange an additional 4 months at our regular freeze fee of $15/month. To initiate your freeze, please email customercare@abcfinancial.com. Include your name, phone number, and freeze-time request (1-6 months).

Cancelling your Membership
We understand you may not be ready to return to CAC now. You can stop your
membership by accessing your account online at, myiclubonline.com or with an email request to customercare@abcfinancial.com. Please include your name, phone number and reason for leaving.
