How to cancel your Chicago Athletic Club (CAC) Membership due to Coronavirus

1. Go to www.myiclubonline.com

2. Select My Agreement Info

3. Click Cancel

CAC will continue to abide by the mandates put in place by Governor Pritzker and Mayor Lightfoot regarding a date to which we can safely re-open the clubs.

While we are closed, our team is unable to answer any of your questions. All member billing, including programing, is stopped while we are closed. No further action is required. Please wait until we re-open to submit your requests to ensure they are processed.

We are deeply about your well-being. Please continue to stay connected and active with CAC at home.

We appreciate your membership and look forward to welcoming your back as soon as it's safe to do so. Stay healthy!


Please note you are requesting to cancel your Dues membership which includes all members listed on your agreement. This does not include other memberships for additional services. Also, members with separate agreements will not be included in this cancellation request.

You will have access privileges to the club through:

Your membership will not be cancelled until the Total Due to Cancel amount is paid. If valid billing information is on file, your payment will draft on the date or dates listed above. If valid billing information is not available or if you would like to pay using a different method, please click on Make a Payment link.
