A new refund policy
means a better experience

Your feedback is important to us, so we have updated our refund policy. Starting August 1, 2020, your restaurant will now have 7 days to dispute order refunds made on your restaurant’s behalf. With this new policy, you can combine any refund disputes over a 7-day period in a single email to our Care team for resolution, giving you more time to spend on what’s important to you: your restaurant.

Simply email restaurants@grubhub.com with the order numbers in question, your dispute reason, and the amount(s) so our team can review the requests. Once reviewed, our Restaurant Care team will respond to your inquiry with a request for information or their findings regarding the requested adjustments.
