Voyager Community,

Yesterday we announced over 1 million verified users and over $2.4 billion in assets under management. Our exponential growth would not be possible without you, and so I’d like to personally thank you.

We are actively scaling our platform and team to handle the influx of growth and have stabilized our systems for millions of new customers. However, with this incredible growth, comes greater visibility.

Over the past several weeks, many industry-leading financial institutions and financial services have been targeted by fraudulent actors. This has been covered across the media and was recently reported on CNBC.

In order to put preventative measures in place and to investigate the rise of fraud in the financial services industry, we have been proactively increasing our anti-fraud protocols and upgrades to our systems. All funds maintained at Voyager are safe and secure. While phishing attempts are on the rise and prevalent on social media, we are taking the necessary steps to protect our customers.

As a result of these protection enhancement measures, some customers are experiencing delays, which we are working to resolve as quickly as possible. We are prioritizing transactions, withdrawals, and service requests for our customers. As we put new systems into place, you can expect withdrawal times to improve, customer service response times to shorten, and the new customer waitlist to be lifted.

A note on bank transfers: Consistent with our policy, bank deposits must completely clear through the traditional banking system to be accessible for transfers. Please keep in mind that once a deposit clears from your bank, it can take up to 5-to-7 business days for funds to fully clear on Voyager.

Please note: If you think a phishing attempt or scammer has targeted you, we ask you to reach out to us immediately. Scamming attempts can originate from direct messages and comments via social media, emails, phone calls, and more. Voyager will NEVER ask for your login credentials and you should never share your personal information or credentials with anyone. We encourage our customers to reference our FAQs.

We truly appreciate your patience and support as we work to deliver the high-quality platform and service you know and love from Voyager.

All the best,
Steve
