As we mentioned in our previous email, our free photo storage will only be available as a benefit to active Shutterfly customers starting in 2023. Don’t lose your photos. Make a purchase to remain active — no minimums — at least once every 18 months to protect your photos and continue to enjoy unlimited storage.

Why am I receiving this email?
There hasn't been a purchase from this account in more than one year. We are updating our Terms and Conditions in 2023 to require an order – even if it’s small – at least once every 18 months to keep your account active and continue enjoying our unlimited photo storage. These updates do not apply to your Lifetouch school photos.

What do I have to do?
No action is required, but we encourage you to place an order soon to maintain your active participation status.

What happens if I don’t place an order?
You will receive additional communications with specific information regarding your photo storage account in the coming months.
