The message "unable to locate vehicle" showed up out of nowhere after s/w update- now installed 2023.38.4. Tesla M Y. My phone is connected, the LTE comm is working, all navigation is OK, the car knows where it is at.

It has been happening for a few weeks now. The other driver of my Model Y app can see the car, but my app can't.
