This is the rubbish am talking about , have to the bank twice,they kept saying my account is okay

I tried deposit money it will say successful at the post centre twice but I w I won't see any allert and when I checked my mobile app it shows nothing ,I hope you can do something as soon as possible cause am really tired of all this
