Switch off the decoder from the plug.
Remove the smartcard and wipe the chip gently with a dry cloth
Reinsert the smartcard with the chip facing down and switch the decoder back on

If the error continues please take your decoder and smartcard to your nearest Multichoice branch or agent.

I did everything the message on the screen says but still no response.
