Also the sane error after installing Catalina last update on a Mac Mini which worked perfectly. I have waited about 12 hours and it is still running, appearing new messages every 20 minutes. What happened?

Finally! My problem is solved. If you have installed new hardware or driver (in my case a Roland MIDI cable) you have to remove it from KEXT from Library/Extensions folder using Terminal from Recovery Mode (Command + R at startup).
