My TiVo was working earlier then an hour ago it just stopped I’ve tried rebooting it still nothing then I got another message with a code S102 I’ve even tried phoning virgin all customers services are busy please try again later dose anyone know what is going on

internet fine ,but error code 2102 showing ,no channels available .grrrr

My box as 102 error code, in Bedfordshire.
