Box rebooted twice. Unplugged it all tried again. Still no channels code s102

Manchester near the airport. Been off for an hour. It was working fine then suddenly went down. Same issue. Must be a fault on their end but can’t get hold of anyone by phone email or online.

Very frustrating that after rebooting my Tivo box several times i still cannot get NY TV CHANNEL. i AM TOTALLY DISGUSTED THAT RINGING 151 [FAULT LINE] SEVERAL TIMES I GET A RECORDED MESSAGE ''SORRY ALL OUR TEAM IS BUSY, CALL BACK LATER] THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR ALMOST 2 HOURS.
I EXPECT VIRGIN MEDIA TO GIVE A PROPER MESSAGE THAT THERE IS A FAULT WITH THEIR SERVICE AND THEY ARE TRYING TO FIX IT, INSTEAD OF THAT STUPID ERROR CODE WHICH IS USELESS.
IN THE MEANTIME MY FRUSTRATION GROWS BEYOND ANGER AND I WISH I COULD SWITCH TO ANOTHER PROVIDER VERY EASILY.
VIRGIN MEDIA LACK ANY PROPER CUSTOMER RELATIONS SUPPORT TO ITS PAYING CUSTOMERS.
IF YOU FEEL AS I DO PLEASE SHARE THIS MESSAGE TO ALL.

Channels resumed but itv off again, anyone else having this problem?

Some channels working now, but not all, getting error code V53 on some and contact 150, on others. Birmingham..

Update: 1:10pm
BBC1, BB2, ITV, and Channel 4 services have been restored nationally
Update: 3:30pm
We're still working to restore the channels, you may lose access to BBC1, BBC2, ITV, and Channel 4 whilst we perform some patching work. After this work is done we'll start to bring groups of channels back online in clusters.
