What you need to know
You don't need to do a thing for the Direct Deposit payments you may already be receiving.
Soon, your Direct Deposit will automatically get a new routing number even though your account number will stay the same.
In the future, when you set up new Direct Deposit payments, be sure to use your new routing number.
We'll let you know as soon as we make the updates.

How Direct Deposit works
Early access depends on when we get payment instructions from the payer. When we get them before the scheduled payment date, your money can be made available up to 2 days sooner. Availability and timing can vary based on the payer and when we get payment instructions.
It can take up to 2 pay cycles for Direct Deposit to begin.
We review each transfer—if there are any issues, such as fraud, it may be delayed, frozen, or removed.
A PayPal Balance account might not receive Direct Deposit payments if it has a limitation.
