My access Mobile app have been writing your account cannot be accessed at this time , what's happening since Saturday

Your account(s) cannot be access at this time. Please contact us for assistance on 234 1-2712005-7 or 234 1-2902500.

This is the rubbish am talking about , have to the bank twice,they kept saying my account is okay

I tried deposit money it will say successful at the post centre twice but I w I won't see any allert and when I checked my mobile app it shows nothing ,I hope you can do something as soon as possible cause am really tired of all this

I have been able to solve this issue. I have the same issue

My account keeps saying this also pls I need ur help. There is no nearest Access bank branch where I am staying, What do I do ?
