You can still watch recorded programmes by going to Home.
If this problems persists, please visit virginmedia.com/tvcode and enter Error Code (S102)

My TiVo was working earlier then an hour ago it just stopped I’ve tried rebooting it still nothing then I got another message with a code S102 I’ve even tried phoning virgin all customers services are busy please try again later dose anyone know what is going on

My box as 102 error code, in Bedfordshire.

The plus side is the gammons could miss the woeful Homes and the Hammer and the retarded Bargain Hunt
