Having the same problem. Error code: 1027. Is there any solution to fix this problem?

I am too. Did you manage to resolve this?
I was on Disneyplus chat and they said they were escalating it as all the troubleshooting I was doing wasn’t working. However, I haven’t heard back from them in the days since.
