Please run "net share gthrsvc_b1a133e4-08a3-43ed-8210-bb443925fb8c-crawl-0 /delete" to delete the share, or recreate the directory D:\SharePoint\Data\Office Server\Applications\b1a133e4-08a3-43ed-8210-bb443925fb8c-crawl-0\gthrsvc.
