2. Transfer your Verizon service to your new device.
Call 1.877.807.4646 from any phone and follow the instructions.
3. Set up your new device.
Turn on your new phone and follow the on-screen instructions.
Be sure to use the SIM card provided or pre-installed in your device.
Using a previous SIM may result in your phone not properly activating.
