I had the same... Solution is to upgrade your account, because you might have made a transaction/ transfer into your account which is greater than your limit
So your account is on restriction
Your account was likely a tier 2 which takes a limit of 100k
The funds u moved in was more than that
All you need do is upgrade the account and it will be alright
A copy of your Idcard, utility bill,bvn and a form to fill out is what would be needed at the bank
